Zhangye Municipal People's Government is scheduled to hold the Zhangye Global Geopark Unveiling Ceremony and the Zhangye Institute of Natural Culture of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) from September 25 to 26, 2020, and the Kanbula Global Geopark working group was invited and went to Zhangye to participate in the event.

The people who went to Zhangye to participate in the events were led by Suonandajie, deputy director of the Management Committee of the Kanbula Scenic Spot in Huangnan Prefecture, Qinghai Province, Wang Xinning, the person in charge of the declaration and creation of the Kanbula Global Geopark in Qinghai, Wang Lanying, an expert consultant for the declaration and creation of the Kanbula Global Geopark, Min Chaogong, a cadre of the Kanbula Scenic Spot Management Committee, and other staff members.
