In the long process of geological history evolution, the earth has formed a variety of geomorphic landscapes, stratigraphic profiles, tectonics, ancient human sites, paleontological fossils, minerals, rocks, water bodies and geological disaster relics... Among them, those with unique characteristics and typical values have become the geological relics of human concern.

Geopark is a natural park established on the basis of geological relics and geological landscapes, with the aim of protecting geological relics, popularizing geological knowledge, and promoting local economic development through tourism.
