Sponsored by the Tongren Municipal Party Committee and Government and organized by the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, opened in Baoan Town, the 10th Hua'er Concert in the hometown of Zhu Zhonglu, Tongren County, opened in Huaergou, Baoan Town, Tongren County, Han Shenghua, vice chairman of the Qinghai Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Li Xuejun, member of the Standing Committee of the Prefecture Party Committee and director of the Propaganda Department of the Prefecture Party Committee, Li Zhihong, director of the Propaganda Department of the Qinghai Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Ruan Yuancheng, deputy director of the Prefecture Bureau of Culture, Sports, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, Chen Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and director of the Organization Department of the county party committee, and Chen Yunzhang, director of the County Bureau of Culture, Sports, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television. Leng Benjiancuo, deputy mayor of Baoan Town, attended the opening ceremony, and more than 2,000 people attended the event. The opening ceremony was presided over by Hu Weidong, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and deputy governor of the county government, Chen Jun, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and director of the organization department of the county party committee, delivered a speech, and Li Xuejun, member of the standing committee of the state party committee and director of the propaganda department of the state party committee, announced the opening.

“Hua’er" is a classic folk song that has been circulated in the northwest, flowing in the hearts of the people of all ethnic groups in the northwest and is a symbol of national unity.  Zhu Zhonglu's " Go up the Mountain to See the Plain ", "Flowers and Youth", "Snow White Dove", and " To Sichuan ", which Zhu Zhonglu sang and created before his death, are classic songs that are well-known at home and abroad, and are deeply loved by people.

The purpose of holding the concert this time is to further expand the influence of flower art in our county, take culture as the link, take mass cultural activities as a platform, and use “Hua’er", which is an art form that everyone sings and loves together, to strengthen cultural exchanges between the masses of all ethnic groups, enhance national unity, make the cultural tourism of Tongren County bigger and stronger, and continuously expand the influence and popularity of colleagues.
