Linxia Geopark is located in Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province. It covers 2120 square kilometres and covers six counties (cities) including Yongjing County, Hezheng County, Dongxiang County, Linxia City, Guanghe County and Linxia County. It is a comprehensive geopark with Cretaceous dinosaur footprints and late Cenozoic fauna as prominent representatives, late Cenozoic formations, northern Danxia landforms and the Three Gorges landscape of the Yellow River as important additions, and integrated local ethnic minority cultures, geology, ecology and culture without walls.

A life paradise with a hundred million year history of species replacement, a winding and winding section of the Yellow River water, a resounding and melodious symphony of flowers sung from generation to generation, a splendid Bingling Grottoes with a thousand year history of sedimentation, a vibrant land of national unity and development, where nature, culture, history, and present are integrated and inherited.
